Where do we ship?

We proudly ship worldwide.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. If your order is placed in the evening, it will be processed the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing and shipping times.

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our production and warehouse location in Ontario, Canada. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Ontario: 2-4 business days
  • Canada & U.S.: 3-9 business days, depending on distance
  • International: Shipping times vary; we will provide details upon order confirmation

Shipping Rates & Options

Canada & U.S.

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders over $75
  • A flat rate of $8 applies to orders under $75

International Orders

For orders outside of Canada and the U.S., we will contact you with shipping options and costs based on your location.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. However, we always select the most efficient shipping method to ensure your order arrives promptly.


Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates typically appear within 48 business hours of receiving your shipping confirmation. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at [email protected].


Order Modifications & Address Changes

Can I change my order after placing it?

We strive to fulfill orders quickly, which means changes may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in process.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, reach out to us as soon as possible. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will gladly resend it at no additional cost.


Delayed Shipments & Support

If your Canadian or U.S. order is delayed 10 or more business days, we will provide a 10% discount as a courtesy. Simply reach out with your order number.
